After serving in the Military James D. Biddix moved to Eastern, Washington. In 1994 he established Biddix Company, a delivery and transportation business servicing the entire Eastern Washington area from Spokane to Wenatchee and Quincy along the I-90 corridor.

Soon, the need for additional route coverage became necessary. Using his entrepreneurial talents, Jims' buisness became the first transportation company of its type to acquire multiple area contracts as he continued to grow his business.
Through the years, Jim has gained a wide knowledge of the transportation industry, helping him become a leader in his industry. Since its humble beginnings, Biddix Company has grown into a solid, versatile business with several pickup and delivery routes throughout Western Washington.
As of January 2009, Washington State requires 160 hours of training in order to secure a CDL, Commercial Driver’s License. Jim was thinking about offering training to prospective new drivers in the area of customer service, safety and on time deliveries. Seeing the need as well as having the desire, he formed Biddix Trucking School, a branch of his existing delivery business. Fulfilling both areas of need, Jim started the first driver training class in October 2009.

Joe Hardy graduated from Washington State University in 1982. He started his trucking career as a delivery driver for A La Francais Bakery in Seattle and was quickly promoted to Operations Manager.  In his new position, Joe was responsible for distribution and packaging, learning the business from several sides. Joe went on to become a manager for Roadway Package Systems. He has been a manager for pickups and deliveries and rounded out his experience as Senior Manager of the Burlington FedEx Ground Terminal.

Joe brings an extensive amount of safety and logistics experience to the Biddix Trucking School Program. He is adamant about safety issues and emphasizes total awareness of safe vehicle operations through dynamic and informative presentations.

As the General Manager of Biddix Company, Joe is responsible for the day to day operations and activities of all students and employees. Joe makes himself available to all who come with a question or comment. His door is always open.

Adam Gover

Adam Gover grew up as an Air Force child and has lived in 9 states. He graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School south of Omaha, Nebraska.

Adam received his BBA in Transportation / Logistics from Iowa State University. After graduation Adam worked for RPS, Inc. which later became FedEx Ground. He was a manager with FedEx Ground for 12 years. During this time he held many different positions including 5 years of training contractors and temporary drivers.
His last position with FedEx Ground was Regional Field Technology Manager. He traveled throughout the Northwest from Washington to Northern California training field personnel on new scanners and on-van communication equipment.
Adam then worked as an Assistant Operations Manager for Sicklesteel Cranes where he was responsible for dispatch and employee files.  Adam also managed a fireworks warehouse where he was responsible for all transportation decisions.
With his background Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in training and industry experience.

Katie Nasin

Katie Nasin grew up in the Skagit Valley and has lived in the Northwest all of her life. She attended Skagit Valley College and received her Associate in Technical Arts Degree in Office Technology/Administrative Assistant in June 2000.  In September of that year she started driving for Roadway Packaging Service now FedEx Ground. She worked as an independent contractor before being offered her current position as Administrative Assistant.

Katie manages 12 routes for Biddix Company ensuring quality customer service at each contact. Katie has a great focus on the customer's needs while having first-hand experience as a driver. In addition to managing the delivery routes, she is the Administrative Coordinator of Biddix Company, managing the day to day administration of the trucking school.

A friendly attitude and attention to detail make Katie a key asset to Biddix Trucking School.
